We review reports submitted through the site and may investigate reports where we believe we can help, at no cost to you.

We Investigate
We review your report and may research the number to try to identify the company responsible for the calls.
We may contact you by email if we need more information.

What Happens Next
If we identify the company responsible and our review indicates that legal action may be appropriate, an attorney may discuss your options with you. Those options may include a cease-and-desist letter or a lawsuit, which in some cases may be brought as a class action.
No lawsuit is filed on your behalf without a signed engagement agreement and your authorization. There is no out-of-pocket cost to report calls.
